Timberwood currently supports three youth mission trips each year.
The first two missions, Mink Lake and Rock Ridge camps, allow us the privilege of getting each camp ready for the ministry that it runs during the summer. We help in any way that we can which includes cleaning cabins and outhouses, splitting logs, weeding, hauling loads of brush, cleaning canoes and whatever else needs to be done for the camp to run smoothly through the summer. We also spend time through the weekend in community with one another and looking at what it means to live lives as servants of Christ. These missions are open to 6th-12th grade students. Registration is now open for Mink Lake and Rock Ridge Mission Trips. Please contact Amanda Quisberg for more information:

The Detroit mission trip is our third youth opportunity. This mission is open to 9th-12th grade students. Every July, a team heads to Detroit to partner with an organization called Detroit Love to offer a week-long Vacation Bible School for the local residents of Detroit. In addition to VBS each day, team members have an opportunity to worship, prayer-walk in the community, and offer support to Detroit residents.
